1. Skype

An internet telephone that allows users to call anyone anywhere in the world using a computer and an internet connection. Compatible with Mac, Windows, Linux and even Pocket PC. PC-to-PC calls are free while calls to landline and mobile phones comes for an additional charge. 

2. Yahoo! Japan 

Japan’s Softbank group markets its consumer broadband services under the Yahoo brand that provides excellent VoIP service via BB Phone.  Phone calls between BB phone users are absolutely free as long as it is connected using the BB phone server. Offers reduced international call rates although calls toll free numbers, emergency numbers (police, fire, etc), etc. are unavailable.
